Nomination Statement
Son of Jennifer and Kevin Rodgers, Caleb Rodgers is a highly motivated leader who strives for perfection. He is ranked second in his class with a cumulative GPA of 4.5978. Caleb has consistently been enrolled in the most rigorous coursework his school has to offer. He is the president of National Honors Society and a class officer. He is a member of Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, LEO Club, EnviroAct and Pickleball Club. Caleb is also the captain of the varsity tennis team. After graduation, he will be pursuing a degree in information technology.
“Though I have always striven for success in my personal and academic life, it was only a short time ago that I read a quote by Salvador Dali that truly encapsulated my ambition. He said, 'Intelligence without ambition is a bird without wings.' I think of this quote when I am idle or unmotivated, as it reminds me that I am responsible for improving myself and helping those around me regardless of the challenges I face.”
