Nomination Statement
Caleb Murat, the son of Ulrick and Carline Murat, is an exemplary student who ranks at the top of his class and plans to become an engineer. He is a valued member of the varsity soccer team as well as a state competitor in Business Professionals of America. Caleb is dedicated to serving his community through tutoring at the Ark Educational Center and the Green Beret Project while working part-time. Caleb's strong work ethic and core values are evident in every facet of his life. This respectful, caring young man is highly regarded by our school community.
“'Be one percent better everyday.' Living by this rule means to actively challenge yourself. Whether it be school, work or physical demands, challenging yourself everyday will allow you to see growth unimaginable. Throughout my life I've been challenged academically by my peers and physically through coaches and friends. I thank them, as they have helped me reach where I am today. To my parents, I give thanks as well as for their belief in my academic and athletic endeavors.”
