“My desire to excel in high school and forge a bright future was fueled by my goal to make my parents proud. Witnessing the sacrifices made and their efforts to guide me down the right path instilled in me a sense of responsibility to maximize my potential. Additionally, I credit my sports involvement, teaching me valuable lessons of hard work, sacrifice, and time-management.
