Nomination Statement
Anaum Allimulla is an inspirational public health advocate and researcher who leads the Healthcare Education Advocacy Leaders (HEAL Delaware) initiative. She has innovatively supported her local community--plus New Castle County and Delaware governmental organizations at large--with tireless focus and follow-through. She is galvanized to work for the public good, serving as a US Democracy Summer Fellow, an Equity in Civics Fellow, an Executive Student Body President, and a multi-year volunteer for several of Delaware's elected public officials. Anaum--a state champion debater, state vice president for the Technology Student Association, and Coca-Cola Scholar of remarkable character--will attend the University of Pennsylvania.
