Nomination Statement
Aarush Goyal, son of Rasik and Neeti Goyal, is a driven and ambitious student, excels academically, and is ranked second in his class with a 4.6 GPA. He actively participates in Student Government, National Honors Society, Model UN, Math League, PLA, Youth to Eliminate Loss of Life, and track, while also volunteering and working part-time. Looking ahead, Aarush plans to pursue a degree in computer science, with aspirations of securing his dream job as a software architect at Tesla. Aarush's commitment to excellence and passion for learning position him as a promising leader and scholar in his field.
“My parents always describe their lives in the same way: how they graduated college, found a job, immigrated to America, and eventually had me. When I was younger, I would roll my eyes whenever they would begin their episodic tales. It was only this year that I realized that I am extremely fortunate that my parents sacrificed their precious time to give me a proper education. I must take advantage of the opportunities that they have provided me.”
